Is Maison Cupcake hosting any current giveaways?
Blog giveaways were intermittently held on Maison Cupcake between 2009 and 2016.
There are no current giveaways on Maison Cupcake at present.
You may be seeing the current giveaways page if you have clicked on a link to an old giveaway in a search result or old third party web page such as the Money Saving Expert forum. Many of the old Maison Cupcake giveaways that are no longer active are diverted to this page instead. Some, however are still live pages as I’ll explain below.
Why are some old giveaway pages still live?
Various old Maison Cupcake giveaway pages are still live. This is because the page had other useful content on there, for instance, this Joanne Harris chocolate cake recipe. This cake was an extract from Joanne Harris’s book of chocolate recipes. It was published, alongside a giveaway of some copies of the book, supplied by her publisher, as promotion for the book launch. Information about the inactive giveaways is being stripped from these live pages as it is no longer useful to new readers.

Which brands has Maison Cupcake collaborated with to host giveaways?
Maison Cupcake hosted several giveaways each for Interflora, Hotel Chocolat – generally around Valentines, Mother’s Day and Easter. We did many giveaways for publishers such as Jacqui Small and Octopus promoting their new cookery books. Also one-off giveaways for food hampers from brands such as Asda, Linda McCartney, Popchips and Mr Kipling. To name a few – over sixty giveaways were held between 2009-2016.
What kind of giveaway prizes were offered?
In the past, we have offered prizes including new cookery books, electrical gadgets, chocolate and food gifts.
Why did you stop hosting giveaways?
In short, because they are very labour intensive.
Will Maison Cupcake be hosting new giveaways?
There are no plans to host new giveaways, but if we do, this page will be updated.
